Take Note of the Following

As a result of the way communication, confidentiality and secrecy were handled during a project in Germany, here is a baseline in communication within and with Winterfire (Winterfeuer).
 
In Germany, one of the business partners used the private phone of the head of the project to send me messages in his name in a try to get me to comply and follow in a matter that I had clearly stated no to, as it was against all morals and unethical.
 
I called the one out after having received the first message.

In an attempt to mask, what had been done by them, a second message was sent. Again, clearly not written by the head of the project.

After calling them out again, I was told, that I was no longer allowed to get into direct contact with the head of the project. Their expectation was, that I would keep working on the project despite of that, because I had joined the project after becoming in love with it and was working on it for free. 
 
I decided to leave the project after having observed the business practices used.  

Note, that I never had an official project e-mail-address in Germany, as I had not joined the company led by the head of the project in question as an employee.

​All business communication was handled from my Winterfeuer (Winterfire) e-mail-account.

Be Aware of the Following

​By law any e-mail account of an employee leaving a company has to be deleted the moment they leave. This happens for various reasons, data protection being one of them.
 
The website and e-mail administrator is able to reset the passwords of any e-mail account at any point in time and as a result of that, e-mails can be sent from an account in the name of a former employee using their e-mail without them having any knowledge about that.  

Always make sure that former employers have followed the law in this regard. 

​The law knows no mercy in cases like this. 

​Note also, that an administrator can create new company e-mail-accounts at their leisure.

Winterfire, Animal Wisdom Speaks or LearnToBloom will never contact you other than from an official circle e-mail-address.

In any court case, have messages and e-mails language pattern profiled and dates checked.

In smear campaigns and toxic business settings e-mails and messages are frequently used to create false evidence, to triangulate and to tarnish and ruin reputations in an attempt to isolate the victims and alienate friends, family and business partners. 

Note as well that it is possible that more than one person is involved in a practice like this. In terms of the law working together to cause harm to another person is called a conspiracy.

Winterfire, Animal Wisdom Speaks or LearnToBloom will never contact you other than from an official circle e-mail-address.

​If anyone contacts you from an e-mail-address other than that, do not reply.

​Be sure to use the cc-option in business communication, when there are more people involved. Transparency is key.
