Official Statement regarding the Green Tent Circle (GTC) and WOYA
As a result of the actions taken by the Green Tent Circle (GTC) and WOYA after me having asked to respect my copyright regarding my stories and art, as well as to honor my request not to hand out my Illuminator Series video and to not publish it on any platform and me reminding the members of the Green Tent Circle present, when I had outlined a global storytelling event I had planned on Winterfire in collaboration with the Green Tent Circle, of my ownership of the idea and outlined concept, and the subsequent actions taken after me having opened up about neurodiversity, I have ended all collaboration with the Green Tent Circle and WOYA effective immediately.
Article 27 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) focuses on cultural rights and scientific advancement, it says:
§ 1 Everyone has the right freely to participate in the cultural life of the community, to enjoy the arts and to share in scientific advancement and its benefits.
§ 2 Everyone has the right to the protection of the moral and material interests resulting from any scientific, literary or artistic production of which he is the author.
The Green Tent Circle has since taken down my Illuminator Series webpage, all pages linked to Animal Wisdom Speaks and the collaboration between the Green Tent Circle and Animal Wisdom Speaks, my personal blog as well as all pages linked to the three storytelling events I have organized for the Green Tent Circle.
Regarding neurodiversity, keep Article 1 and 2 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) in mind:
Article 1
“All human beings are born free and equal in dignity and rights. They are endowed with reason and conscience and should act towards one another in a spirit of brotherhood.”
Article 2
„Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.“
As a smearing campaign is presently run against me trying to tarnish my reputation take note of the following:
I can prove to a full extend that I have indeed been an Illuminator in the Green Tent Circle. All e-mails regarding this have been archived and saved. I am in possession of the original Illuminator Series video. I have also organized the 19th Illuminator Series "Angaangaq" while working on a project in Germany and can prove it via e-mails sent and the original video as I was the one working on the sound files afterwards and I am clearly being named as the organizer by Green Tent Circle Founder Ann Smith.
I can also prove via e-mails saved that I organized three storytelling events and everything regarding the collaboration with Animal Wisdom Speaks,
Furthermore, I can prove that I have worked on the Green Tent Circle website for free for more than a year, organized Glad Tidings and brought in ideas and concepts.
Article 12 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR) says:
“No one shall be subjected to arbitrary interference with his privacy, family, home or correspondence, nor to attacks upon his honour and reputation. Everyone has the right to the protection of the law against such interference or attacks.”
As a result of the way the Green Tent Circle is handling my request to honour my ideas and my copyright and the Green Tent Circle taking my work off the website making it seem as if I had not done the above, I distance myself completely from the circle and its founder Ann Smith.
As a result of how WOYA on whose Board of Advisors I had served is handling neurodiversity, I have since stepped down as a member of its Board of Advisors and I have ended all collaboration.

PatG § 20 (1) & (2) are the the way. The inventor has to be named, it has to happen, the invention cannot be claimed as theirs by anyone getting them as an inheritance and even not wanting to be named as the inventor does not change that. The law - the Austrian that is - clearly states: The inventor has to be named.

This is a screenshot taken by me of an E-mail I had written to the Green Tent Circle members after a meeting where I had mentioned plans for a global storytelling event. I told them that it would be a co-operation between Winterfeuer, the GTC and others yet to be contacted. I later told Judi Snell of WOYA about it as well and asked her not to speak about it to others until I gave my express permission.
It is my idea and my concept. Me insisting of it being a co-operation was met with anger by member of the Green Tent Circle. I also asked them in no uncertain terms not to share the idea or to forward the e-mail and my concepts to anyone. A member of the GTC told me to delete the old e-mails, so "Old energies can go and I can release the past.". If I had, I could not prove what has been done to me now. |
